Because nothing should get in the way of play, we make sure your Gearlock orders arrive quickly, securely, and hassle-free.

Gearlock Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details.

Delivery Times
 
  • Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): 2–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (Australia-wide): 1–3 business days
     

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.


Shipping Costs
 

Shipping charges are calculated at time of order.

Authority to Leave

​

All orders will be marked 'Authority to Leave' unless specified at time of order.   If you are not home or your business is closed, we will do our best to leave your order in a safe location.  We are not responsible for any loss or theft of orders that are delivered to the location you specify if you are not available to receive the order.   

Return & Exchange Policy

In the unliking situation that your item is faulty, it may be returned to us for a refund or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.  Contact us for instructions on how to return items..
 

If the goods are faulty or were sent in error we will reimburse you the cost incurred in shipping to return the products back to us.

f your package is incomplete or incorrectly described we will meet our legal obligations by providing replacement product or refunding the purchase price and delivery charges.  Product may need to be returned for investigation at this point.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, but we welcome you to contact us so we can work through a solution together.  Please note postage costs will not be refunded for the cost incurred returning the items to us for change of mind.


Unfortunately we can  not accept returns for open or used items, unless the item is faulty.
